Visiting the store
Are reservations required?
We recommend that you make a reservation in advance so that you can comfortably enjoy the sounds of our music boxes. If you arrive without a reservation, priority will be given to customers with reservations. We are happy to guide you so that you can fully enjoy the beautiful melodies played by each music box.
Is group admission allowed?
We recommend entering our showroom with a maximum of four people at a time in order to enjoy a leisurely viewing and listening experience. If you wish to bring a large group, please consult with us when making your reservation in advance.
Is there an age limit?
There is no age limit, but we ask that children be accompanied by an adult for their own safety. We appreciate your cooperation in providing a pleasant and safe experience for all visitors.
Is video or audio recording allowed at events such as seminars and workshops?
We generally do not allow video or audio recording during the event, but depending on the content of the seminar, you may be allowed to film or record the event. When joining an event, please inquire with the staff at the venue.
About the facilities
Is there parking available?
We do not have a designated parking lot. We recommend that you use public transportation. There are several coin-operated parking lots nearby, so please use them if you are coming by car.
Can I take pictures or videos inside the showroom?
We welcome photography and video recording in our showroom. We hope you will record and enjoy your favorite music boxes and special moments. However, please be considerate when taking pictures or videos so as not to disturb other visitors.
Does the showroom offer barrier-free access?
Our showroom and building offer barrier-free access, so we welcome visitors using wheelchairs. However, we do not currently have multipurpose restroom facilities. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Can I purchase a music box?
The music boxes in stock in the showroom are available for purchase upon your visit. Made-to-order music boxes with specific designs or customized requests will require more time for us to manufacture. Please feel free to contact our staff for details and delivery times.
